We have
designed the questions below as an aid to introduce your work to new readers.
We at Authortrek.com believe that there is a dire need for journalism and
information about new writers, as even published authors can struggle to get
the publicity they need to generate sales. Even if you are an established
author, participating in the Authortrek interview is an effective way for you
to get some free publicity, as our webpages always get hits.
Writers
previously interviewed by Authortrek have included the Booker Prize nominated
Trezza Azzopardi, Neal Asher, Vikram Chandra, Mavis Cheek, Christopher Fowler,
Joanne Harris, Toby Litt, Serena Mackesy, John Meaney, and Steven Saylor,
amongst others.
Authortrek.com
only has a small staff at the moment, so it may take several days for your
interview to appear online. Check our FAQ page to see if
the editor is currently on holiday if your interview has not appeared after
more than a week.
There is
no word limit, so you can answer each question as fully or as briefly as you
desire. All you need to do is to cut and paste the questions below and add your
answers to them into an email addressed to editor@authortrek.com.
We will not publish your email address online.
If you would like a photo of yourself included with your interview, then
please add a photo as an attachment to your interview email.
