Sue Cook is the author of "On Dangerous Ground"
(May 2006). Sue Cook has a BA in psychology from Leicester University, which
also later awarded her a DLitt in recognition of her contribution to British
broadcasting. In a long broadcasting career, she has presented many BBC TV
programmes, such as "Crimewatch UK", "Children in Need",
"Nationwide", "Breakfast Time", "Out of Court",
"Having a Baby", "Out of this World", and
"Holiday". Sue Cook also made a cameo appearance in the excellent
"Edge
of Darkness". Sue Cook has also presented for ITV and Channel 4.
However, her career started at Capital Radio, before she joined BBC Radio 4.
Sue Cook presented "You and Yours" for 5 years, and now presents
Radio 4's "Making History". She is patron of the Rainbow Trust, and
an Ambassador for the Prince's Trust. Sue Cook lives in North London.
