Stephen Miller is the author of “A Game of Soldiers” (published as “Field of Mars” in Canada), “The Woman in the Yard”, and “Wastefall”, a winner of The International 3-Day Novel Contest in 1989. Stephen Miller originally came from North Carolina, but now lives in Canada with his family. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, and has a master’s degree in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. However, Stephen began to hang round UBC’s Theatre department, where he helped found the Tamahnous Theatre Workshop with other students. This led to TV and film work by the end of the 70s. Stephen Miller had a regular role on “Millennium” (playing Assistant Director Andy McClaren). He has also appeared in “The X Files”, “Airwolf”, “McGyver”, “Highlander” (the series), “Lonesome Dove: The Outlaw Years”, “The Twilight Zone”, “First Blood”, “The Accused”, “Cousins”, “This Boy’s Life”, “The Odd Couple: Together Again”, “Free Willy 3: The Rescue”, “Best in Show”, “Agent Cody Banks”, and “Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed”.
