Shiromi Pinto is the author of
“Trussed”, developed
from a short story of the same title published by Serpents Tail in their
anthology “Kin”. Her first short story, “Bulat Kisses”, came 2nd in
the Thistledown Press’s short story competition in 1995, and was published in
their anthology “Notes Across the Aisle”. Her story “Haraka” appeared in the
anthology “Tell Tales Volume 1” (published by the Arts Council of England), and
her work has also been published in “The Toronto Review of Contemporary Writing
Abroad”. Shiromi Pinto lives in London, and is currently at work at her second
novel, which has a working title of “Plastic Emotions”.
