Sally Quilford had been writing as a hobby for ten
years before she decided to take it seriously. Since then she has contributed
to two "Sexy Shorts" charity anthologies: "Sexy Shorts For
Lovers" and the forthcoming (June 2006) "Sexy Shorts for the
Beach", which will benefit Cancer Research UK, and for which Sally will
also take part in her first book-signing in her local bookshop. The first story
she ever wrote, "Darling Stefan", appears in the Bewrite anthology
"The Creature in the Rose". Read our Sally Quilford

More about Sally:
Sally was born in South Wales and moved to Derbyshire as
a teenager. Sally regretted not going to university, so at the age of
thirty-two she decided to do something about it and last year, after eight
years of study (she had to take time out when her husband was ill) she achieved
a 2.1 hons degree in Humanities and Literature. Sally has been married for
nearly 24 years and has two children and two and a half grandchildren. She
manages a private online writing group, of which no less than four of the
members made it into the latest Sexy Shorts anthology. In real life Sally works
as an adviser at a Citizens Advice Bureau, a job which gives her countless
ideas for her stories.
