John Bennett is the author of “Sea Otters Gambolling in the Wild, Wild Surf”. John Bennett was born in 1969, and comes from Kingston-upon-Sprey in Morayshire, Northeast Scotland. He has studied at both Aberdeen and Stirling Universities. Since graduating, he has worked for Internet and technology companies. Like Felix, the hero of his debut novel, John Bennett went on an impulse trip overseas prior to writing the novel (he went from Helsinki to Bangkok via train, after finding himself at a loose end after the dotcom he worked for went bust). John Bennett lives in London.
