Brian
O’Doherty is the author of the novels “The
Strange Case of Mademoiselle P” (1992) and “The
Deposition of Father McGreevy” (2000), which was shortlisted for the 2000
Booker Prize. He is also the author of
the non-fiction titles “Inside the
White Cube: The Ideology of the Gallery Space” (1999), “American
Masters: The Voice and the Myth” (1998), and “John
Wesley: Paintings 1961-2000”.
